Alice Symes

Alice Symes is a ceramic artist known for her hand-painted decorative ware. Working in clay, she paints bold, sun-lit patterns directly onto her forms — as in Lemons, a generously sized dish alive with swirling citrus yellows and hand-drawn linework.
